At BagVine.com we are earnestly not satisfied until you are. We are fully confident you will be pleased with your product and the speed and quality of service. Our job does not end when you click buy. As a reputable retailer, it is our business to maintain long term relationships with clients. We are, therefore dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are unique, and we are always ready to deal with any problems that could arise.
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase contact us immediately fill out a return form here or contact us at returns@bagvine.com. We will instruct you where to return your bag(s). Do not return to sender. You must contact us before returning any items in order to receive a refund or replacement.
WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU ANY RE-STOCKING FEES.
You must return your bag(s) new and unused within 14 days of receipt for refund. You must send you returned package via courier at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. In such cases, we will lose the initial cost of shipping to you, and so, unfortunately, can not offer to pay the return fees. Refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received (ie. Refunded on your credit card) and may take up to 7-10 business days after receipt of the goods. |
